The Window Energy Rating Scheme (WERS) rates the whole of window and door energy efficiency performance.
WERS enables windows and doors to be rated and labelled for their annual energy impact on a whole house, in any climate in Australia.
To participate n WERS, energy ratings must be obtained by manufacturers for their products from an independent rating organisation that is accredited by the Australian Fenestration Ratings Council (AFRC).
The Window Energy Rating Scheme is managed by the Australian Glass and Window Association (AGWA).
